I’m a Boston-based product designer with a background in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and media. I’ve supported enterprise users at Conservice, designed storytelling tools at National Geographic, and improved internal experiences at Wayfair and Walmart. I’ve also collaborated with early-stage student startups to bring new ideas to life. (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)
I was raised in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 and graduated from Boston University, where I fell in love with the intersection of design, tech, and strategy. As a designer, I get most excited about simplifying complex systems, fixing broken workflows, and building delightful experiences that balance user needs with business goals!
Right now, I’m focused on sharpening my storytelling, growing as a strategic thinker, and exploring emerging tech that inspires curiosity (AI, spatial computing, all the COOL stuff).
